A gastronomic experience centred on one of the island\u2019s most emblematic dishes. The menu includes light seafood starters followed by the traditional Caldero Tabarquino. This traditional Tabarca dish is prepared with a rich rock fish stock and served in two parts: first, the rice cooked in the broth (either creamy or dry), and then the fish, served separately. The experience is completed with homemade alioli prepared during the workshop, which wonderfully complements the dish\u2019s rich flavours.
