A gastronomic experience centred on one of the island’s most emblematic dishes. The menu includes light seafood starters followed by the traditional Caldero Tabarquino. This dish is prepared with a rich rock fish stock and served in two parts: first, the rice cooked in the broth (either creamy or dry), and then the fish, served separately. The experience is completed with homemade alioli prepared during the workshop, enhancing the dish’s authentic character.
