Mediterranean Wine Tasting + Tapas

Discover a unique gastronomic experience in Tabarca, uniting Mediterranean flavours, local pairings, and cultural heritage.

The tasting includes

  1. Alicante D.O. White Wine + Cheese Tapa
    Luis XIV traditional white (92 Parker points).
A fresh Mediterranean profile with floral and citrus aromas and lively acidity.
  2. Alicante D.O. Red Wine + Cured Meat Tapa
    Luis XIV (Monastrell-based). Ripe fruit, medium structure, with a subtle spicy note. Aged in amphora.
  3. Fondillón + Chocolate Tapa
    A historic gem from the Alicante Protected Designation of Origin. A noble rancio wine, matured in barrels for years, with notes of dried figs, coffee and caramel.

Gastronomic Pairing

  • Artisan cheese tapa
from Alicante (mature or semi-mature goat’s cheese from the inland region of Alicante).
  • Traditional cured meat tapa.
Dried sausage or local sobrasada.
  • Chocolate tapa from Alicante.
Artisan chocolate (a nod to historic producers such as Valor).
  • Tasting of Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Alicante.
Short guided tasting: intensity, fruitiness, spiciness and bitterness.
